A request may be made by contacting the City Clerk prior to the meeting, and by completing a request form as provided. Discussion items are in two main categories: Agenda items and Non-agenda items. Requests to speak on Agenda items must be submitted to the City Clerk no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the regular session meeting.
